Fleet Feet Presents...Winter Base Training - REGISTRATION CLOSED

Our six week Base Training Program will help you start your year off right. This class is appropriate for those that can run 3 miles and would like to build to 6 miles run/walk. Join friends for fun group workouts that will help keep you motivated through the winter months. Whether you need to get back on track after the holidays or want to complete a spring half marathon, this class is for you.  

Training Program Details:

Group Runs: The group will meet each Tuesday at 6:30pm and Saturday at 8am at Fleet Feet
Program Dates: January 10 through February 18
