Brooks and Fleet Feet presents...5K Training - Part 2
Can you run/walk a 5k and now want to run the whole 3.1 miles? This 5k Training - Part 2 class begins where No Boundaries leaves off. Saturday group runs are 3 to 3.5 miles, beginning with run 4 minutes, walk 1 minute ratio. Over 9 weeks, you'll progress to running 3.1 miles with no or minimal walk breaks. This class will prepare you to complete the Hook and Ladder 5k. Continue what you began with No Boundaries and give yourself a new challenge!
Training Program Details:
Group Runs: The group will meet each Saturday at 8am at Fleet Feet for a coached run
Program Dates: April 2 - June 2
Goal Race: Hook and Ladder in Livermore, June 3

Recommended Activity Level: Able to run/walk 3 miles, run 4 minutes/walk 1 minute ratio and have a desire to run 3.1 miles
