New Balance and Fleet Feet Presents...10k Training

Our 10k (6.2 miles) program is perfect for the person that has completed the 5k distance and is looking to go that next step and finish a 10k. This program utilizes the run/walk method to gently increase your run time and distance each week, from 3 miles to 6.5 miles in nine weeks. Our goal is to help you reach your goals!

10k Training Program Details:

Group Runs: The group will meet each Saturday at 8am at Fleet Feet + bonus Tuesday 6:30pm at the track
Program Dates: August 20 through October 20
Goal Race: Grape Stomp in Livermore on October 21
10k Training Participants Receive:

10k Recommended Activity Level: Able to run/walk 3 miles at 15 minute/mile pace, 3 times per week
