WOMEN'S 5K RUN/WALK

Race day registration/check-in begins at 7:00 a.m.
WHERE: Shadow Cliffs Regional Park, 2500 Stanley Blvd, Pleasanton CA 94566
Shadow Cliffs park charges $6 parking fee
Run is entirely inside Shadow Cliffs Regional Park, packed Jeep trail.
- Well behaved dogs on leashes are allowed in the race.
- Baby joggers/strollers are not recommended due to the gravel road course.
ENTRY FEES: $35 pre-register mail in by August 9 or online by August 14; $40 after August 14 at packet pickup or race day.
ENTRY INCLUDES: Women’s t-shirt, chip timing, custom finishers medal for everyone, delicious post race refreshments including Peet's Coffee, Chocoate, organic fruit from Veritable Vegetable, pastries, free massage from Massage Envy, and raffle.
AWARDS: Custom mug + gifts will be given to the top three female finishers in each age group: Under 13, 14-18, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+.
Mail-in: Mail form and Check payable to Fleet Feet Sports, to On Your Mark Events, PO Box 1199, Arnold CA 95223; postmark and mail NO LATER than August 9.
In Person: Fleet Feet Pleasanton, 234 A Main Street, by check.
Race day: Registration opens 7:00 a.m., but shirts and sizes not guaranteed.
PACKET PICK UP: Fleet Feet Pleasanton, 234 A Main Street. Friday August 16, 1pm - 7pm and Saturday August 17th, 10am-3pm. Registration must have been postmarked no later than August 9, or registered online by August 14. In store registration also available Friday and Saturday by check/cash only.
WOMEN'S FITNESS FESTIVAL: Fleet Feet Pleasanton, Friday August 16th 1pm-7pm and Saturday August 17, 10am-4pm. Specials on sports bras, clothing and other gear, massage, gifts with purchase.
BENEFICIARIES: Girls on the Run – a non-profit prevention program that encourages preteen girls to develop self-respect and healthy lifestyles through running. Also, the Sandra J. Wing Healing Foundation – a Tri-Valley organization that provides cancer patients with financial assistance for complementary healing.
