The Fleet Feet Pleasanton Run and Multi-Sport Race Club was created for those that want to participate in races. This club is open to athletes of all abilities and all levels of enthusiasm and speed. Our goal is to promote the values of Fleet Feet and our philosophy that a healthy lifestyle can best be achieved through exercise.

Participant Guidelines

The right attitude and representation of the Fleet Feet Race Club is more important than how fast you race. Please be sure you are in agreement with the following before joining:

• Team members should be caring, supportive, willing to connect with and motivate other athletes of all abilities, and have a sense of humor.
• Team members must wear Fleet Feet logoed product at races and participate in at least one race in Northern California that Fleet Feet sponsors.
• You should want to have fun at races, do your best, and have a great attitude.
• Competitive athletes are welcome and encouraged. The team will proudly cheer you on. We ask everyone to embrace the casual atmosphere of our team.
• Fleet Feet aims to promote fitness within the community by fitting people in comfortable footwear, sports bras, and apparel that will help ensure comfort while exercising.
• Understand what Fleet Feet offers and spread the word: 1) Professional FIT process of running/walking shoes to assess gait and the appropriate level of stability; 2) Products to support the sports of running, swim, and triathlon; 3) Fun runs, training programs, educational seminars and sponsorship of local races; 4) Fun atmosphere.
• We want to include all manner of athletes in our events and teams; therefore we ask that you help to portray an accommodating and fun atmosphere for the racing club.
